1. Send the geometry
Provide drawings, dimensions or reference photos. For inserts, include the item dimensions, mass, cavity depth and internal case size. For padding, include site measurements and fixing surfaces.
2. Define the EVA material
Specify thickness, color, density and hardness, including the hardness scale. Tell us about compression, temperature, chemical exposure, adhesive or surface requirements relevant to your project.
3. Agree a sample
Review fit, clearance, finish, bonding and assembly against an approved drawing. Agree the tests and acceptance criteria appropriate to the intended use.
4. Confirm the order
Confirm quantity, packing, destination, lead time and shipping terms in the quotation. Pricing and minimum quantities depend on the final specification.
